Jakarta Governor, Basuki T Purnama said, although Jakarta development wants to emulate Singapore, but the handling on the public was surely different.

He mentions, although there is flat in Singapore, but there is no subsidy. Even, the policy of Jakarta Smart Card is also unavailable in Singapore.

"Singapore has no KJP, subsidized flat, health for 1,250 people per doctor and nurse, as well as subsidized meat price and RPTRA facility," he expressed, Thursday (3/10).

He disclosed, a number of development in Jakarta cannot be postponed. However, in this case, Jakarta Provincial Government also not forget the poor people. One form of attention is by developing the RPTRA.

"Jakarta can't also be stagnated for being modern. But how to maintain poor people? That is by construction the RPTRA," he uttered.

The city administration will provide a flat rate by Rp 5,000-Rp 15,000 per day. To occupy the flat, every person must be domiciled in accordance with units that are occupied and cannot be transferred to another person.

Basuki asserted, those are exempted from the payment of land and building tax (PBB) with tax value of properties (NJOP) below Rp 1 billion.
